The
Holleybrooke Homeowners' Association,
Inc. (HHOA), a self-managed community
in Spotsylvania County, is a member of the Virginia
Property Owners Association; and, is subject
to the regulatory provisions under Section 55-508,
et seq., Chapter 10, Title 13.1 of the Code
of Virginia, of 1950, as amended. The
HHOA Board of Directors, which consists of 5
volunteer residents, manages its operations
and oversees activities in the community in
order to protect the general interests of the
homeowners as well as to secure the continuous
integrity of the community.
Per
the interest of HHOA community, Board meetings
are held on the third Thursday of each month
at Spotsylvania's Snow Library at 7:00 PM unless
otherwise announced. Meeting dates/times
are subject to change without prior notice.
We highly encourage Holleybrooke homeowners
to attend the meetings if certain neighborhood
issues need to be addressed. The HHOA

CRIME SOLVERS INFORMATION |
For
the purpose of fostering residents' awareness, the following
image is hyperlinked to information regarding current
happenings in or around our community. Anyone
interested in joining our Neighborhood Watch Program,
please contact Robert Borka via our HHOA Answer line
or email. We highly urge everyone to be proactive
so we can stop if not prevent crime in our neighborhood.
If or whenever you see any activity or situation that
appear suspicious or criminal in nature in our neighborhood,
please immediately contact the Spotsylvania County Sheriff's
Office at (540) 507-7200 or (540) 582-7115 (after hours
non-emergency), and then give our HHOA Answer Line a
courtesy call.
We
shall always strive to maintain Holleybrooke Subdivision
a safe and better place to live. We urge you
to consider joining any of our committees, or simply
share your ideas or services with us. By working
together, we can make a difference in the improvements
of our community.
